Dawn Oliphant

Dawn has lived in Queen Creek for almost 17 years with her husband and two teenage boys. Dawn has served this community not only as a council member but has held several positions on local non profit boards. Oliphant completed a successful career at the City of Tempe working at the Tempe Police Department, Sales, Tax and Licensing, Tempe Municipal Court and in the Tempe Learning Center (TLC), Tempe’s corporate university for municipal professionals.

As a current council member she serves on the Maricopa Association of Governments Economic Development Committee, the League Neighborhoods, Sustainability and Quality of Life Committee, the League Public Safety, Military Affairs, and Courts Committee, and as an alternate for the East Valley Transportation Infrastructure (EVTI) North/South Corridor Sub-Committee and Stakeholder Regional Committee. She graduated from the Queen Creek Citizens Leadership Institute in 2010, is very involved in the QC Chamber of Commerce, many networking groups in town and loves to serve others. Her leadership and passion for the Queen Creek Community makes her a great choice for the Queen Creek Town Council.
